Return and Exchange Policy
At Empowered Warrior Candle Company, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Please note that personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item you must provide proof of faulty item, exchanges are only eligible on items that arrive faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
